According to the mechanism of erosion of refractory bricks, coal slag erosion of refractory bricks includes three processes, namely, dissolution, infiltration and erosion wear. The lining material for certain purposes, the dissolution process by slag boundary diffusion process is controlled for the refractory material, dissolution rate depends on the temperature level, therefore, the operating temperature is a major factor affecting the life of the refractory bricks. Due to the impact of coal quality in different degrees in more than 1 400 ℃ high temperature operation period of the cycle, particularly in the more than 1400 ℃ run nearly 1000 h, maximum operating temperature of 1480 ℃, so the refractory bricks of life is caused varying degrees of impact.
