Under normal circumstances, the physical and chemical properties of high alumina refractory bricks are determined by their Al2O3, SiO2 ratio, impurity content, density of raw materials, grain size distribution, type of binder, mixing amount and mixing, forming and sintering conditions. For the special high alumina brick, adding special refractory materials and grade, size and content determines the refractory bricks composition, microstructure and damage mechanism, affects the physicochemical properties and effect of refractory bricks. Ordinary high alumina brick has good resistance to high temperature, but the thermal shock resistance is not good.
