Highlight: | Self Flowing Refractory Castable,90% Al2O3 Refractory Castable,High Alumina Low Cement Castable |
Low&Ultra-low Cement Castable:
Low and ultra-low Cement Castables have the characteristics of small pore size, large density, good volume stability, high strength and small amount of water. They overcome the characteristics that the strength of ordinary castables decreases significantly at 800~1200 ℃, increase with the increase of temperature, and have excellent thermal shock resistance, slag resistance and corrosion resistance.Low cement/ultra low cement castables can operate at temperatures up to 1800 degrees.
Low cement, ultra-low cement castable materials include clay, high aluminum, mullite, corundum, chromium corundum, zirconium mullite, zirconium corundum, alumina-spinel and carbonaceous and silicon carbide. According to its working performance, there are vibrating castable and self-flowing castable.
Low&Ultra-low Cement Castable Features:
1. High refractoriness, high temperature strength, and slag resistance
2. Excellent wear resistance, high temperature flexural strength, load softening temperature
3. As the heat treatment temperature increases, the strength gradually increases. Low-cement castables have better high-temperature and normal-temperature strength than ordinary castables.
